The House & It's Founding

Some houses are built from ambition. Ours was built from memory of rooms that held their breath before an entrance, of tables set with the precision of a promise, of moments that became permanent the instant they were lived.

Karina Miller did not come to this work through a curriculum. She came through presence  through thirteen years of standing inside the world's most consequential occasions and understanding, before anyone said a word, what the room required. Her practice began in the architecture of hospitality  with Marriott, where she learned that luxury is not a category of product but a standard of attention. That a guest who feels anticipated, never managed, is a guest who returns. She carried that principle forward into every commission that followed.

The finest events are not remembered for their flowers or their food. They are remembered for how they made the room feel  and for how long that feeling lasted after everyone went home.

From the salons of Monaco to the palm lined terraces of Dubai and Thailand. From the colonial grandeur of the Dominican Republic to the storied rooms of European principalities. Karina built a body of work that moved between cultures, protocols, and scales  always translating the ambitions of a principal into an occasion that exceeded them. Her partnership with automotive marques of the calibre of Bentley and Aston Martin required something rarer than event design, it required theatrical precision. These are brands whose identity lives in sensation, in the pause between ignition and acceleration. Karina brought that same philosophy to the productions she staged for them: moments constructed around the interval, the reveal, the held breath.

In Washington, her work entered a different register entirely. Collaborating with the United States Congress and federal institutions on ceremonial and diplomatic engagements, she mastered the language of protocol  where seating is sovereignty, where the order of a processional carries the weight of a foreign policy signal, and where the margin for error is, by definition, zero.

Miller Carte Blanche was founded from the conviction that this level of practice genuinely global, genuinely discreet, genuinely without compromise - did not yet exist as a house. That the world's most private clients deserved an atelier, not an agency. A partner, not a vendor. A creative intelligence that understood their world because it had spent over a decade inside it.
That intelligence is Karina Miller. And the house she built carries her standards in every mandate it accepts.
